Surprise! This Massage Therapist Has a New Practice (& Website)
Website In A Week helped turn Kaitlin’s not-yet-business into a fully booked massage practice with a sensory, strategic website people couldn’t stop talking about.
Kaitlin came to us with a very clear website problem:
She didn’t have one.
(Or a business, if you want to get technical about it.)
What she did have was a freshly earned Registered Massage Therapist designation, a treatment style that blended therapeutic massage with thoughtful, sensory care, and a VERY unsubtle shove from the universe to start her own practice. Because two and a half months into her Toronto spa job, the spa burned down.
Literally.
So, suddenly, starting her own massage practice went from “one day” to “apparently, we’re doing this now.”
No big deal. Just the small matter of naming the business, finding a studio, figuring out treatments, designing the brand, building the massage therapist website, writing the copy, and, you know, booking clients.
Good thing she happened to know “the most talented design-copy duo in the country.”
Her words. We’re simply reporting the facts.
She Was Never Going To Have A “Book And Bounce” Massage Practice
Kaitlin is one of those people with range.
Before becoming an RMT, she was a yoga teacher and performer, which makes sense the second you read how she talks about bodywork. There’s care there, but also presence.
And a strong opinion about the little details. Bless.
Her massage practice was never going to be a quick “book your 60-minute lunch break massage and see ya” situation.
Kaitlin wanted inter•being bodywork to be sensory-forward, elevated, and memorable. The kind of massage studio that makes you forget you’re in the middle of downtown Toronto and turns regular bodywork into a ritual you make time for.
The challenge was figuring out how to bring that layered, sensory feeling online without overcomplicating her massage therapist website.
The design needed movement, texture, and earthiness, buuuuuut still be calm and easy to navigate. The copy needed to speak to the holistic depth of Kaitlin’s work without leaning on the same “nervous system reset” / “regulate, restore, reconnect” language that shows up on every other wellness site.
Basically, the site needed to feel like inter•being before someone ever got on the table.
How We Took This Massage Therapist’s Website From “Coming Soon” To “Fully Booked”
During Kaitlin’s Website In A Week, we took inter•being from not-quite-a-business-yet to a massage therapist website that was ready to share, book, and brag about.
We gave the design texture and movement.
Samara designed a site that felt earthy, dynamic, and textured from the first scroll. Layered images, moving elements, typewriter effects, and clickable hot stones gave the website that tactile, sensory quality Kaitlin wanted for inter•being.
We kept the copy minimal, but meaningful.
Kaitlin’s work is rooted in interconnection and body awareness, but the copy didn’t need to fight the design for attention. Every word had to earn its spot, reflect the depth of her approach, and still feel easy to read.
We integrated her massage booking platform.
The website gave people a quick sense of who Kaitlin is, what the treatment experience feels like, and how to book…along with the actual tools Kaitlin uses to, you know, fill her calendar.
We set her up for long-term success.
There’s more that goes into your online presence than your website design. We helped Kaitlin set up her Google Search Console account, connect her domain, and think through her marketing strategy.
We made launching a business feel manageable.
Well, let’s just let Kaitlin tell you about that:
“The process is beginning-to-end SO easy, and it’s really so fantastic to have that kind of result in ONE WEEK.
I really loved how organized it was, and how easy it was for me to understand what deadlines I needed to adhere to, and what you needed from me.”

New Massage Practice, New Website, Full Calendar
Since launching her new massage therapist website, Kaitlin hasn’t exactly been sitting around wondering if it worked. By the time she sent us her feedback on the Website In A Week experience, she only had three massage appointments left in March…which were quickly snapped up.
Not bad for a brand-new massage practice.
Kaitlin credits her website as a major part of that momentum:
“I get compliments from almost EVERYONE who brings up my business on how amazing the website and branding were put together. I also have been VERY busy since opening! I have no doubt that my website is such a big part of that!!!”
Before inter•being opened, Kaitlin had the care, the skill, the vision, and a very crispy nudge from the universe.
After Website In A Week, she had a massage therapy studio people could actually see, understand, compliment, and book.
And boy, did they book.
From working with Kaitlin, we know, now more than ever, how much massage therapists are already dealing with. Licensing, studio space, laundry, policies, booking platforms, techniques, injuries, client care, scents…the list goes on.
So if your website is currently one more thing sitting on the edge of your treatment table, giving you side-eye?
Come and talk to us!
We’ll help you turn it into a site that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to book from, with copy and design that actually understand the care behind your work.
