Yes, Squarespace is a great fit for established businesses and nonprofits because it balances custom design with easy website management. There are also plenty of features and integrations (email marketing, e-commerce shops, membership platforms, booking capabilities) we can add to support what your organization needs to do online.

Your website will need branding and images, but you don’t need everything sorted before getting in touch. If you already have those assets, great! If you need custom branding or help sourcing stock photos, we can include that in your project quote.

The feedback we hear most often from clients is how easy and smooth we make the entire website redesign process! All you need to do is complete an onboarding questionnaire, join us for a kickoff call, and provide feedback during established revision rounds. Between those check-ins, you can keep doing your work while we get on with ours.

No, your team will not need our ongoing support to maintain your new Squarespace website. We’ll provide training videos covering standard updates, including editing content, adding blog posts, swapping photos, and updating inquiry forms. We’ll also cover how to preserve custom features and access your site backup—just in case you confidently delete the wrong thing.
