Kaitlin wasn’t exactly racing to start her own massage practice. She’d finished school, landed a cushy spa job, and was fully enjoying the low-responsibility setup of working for someone else.

Then, two and a half months in, the spa burned down. Literally.

So, with the universe being subtle as always, Kaitlin took it as the kick in the butt she needed to build something of her own.

Challenge:

Kaitlin has range. Off the clock, she’s hilarious, irreverent, and absolutely capable of dropping a Love Island reference where you least expect it. On the clock, her approach is grounded, supportive, and deeply attuned.

Both are her.

The trick was building a website that honoured the right version of her for this moment.

The copy leans into Kaitlin’s values—interconnectedness, acceptance, presence, care—while communicating the kind of experience clients can expect from her treatments. Her policies and approach help set the tone, too, making it clear this is a space rooted in tolerance, respect, and full-body exhale energy.

On the design side, we kept things natural but never boring. Minimal copy gave the visuals room to do their thing, with dynamic details like moving elements and textures that echo the thoughtfulness of Kaitlin’s practice.

Results:

Since launching, Kaitlin’s been busy. Verrrrrrry busy with her launch month completely booking out! Which, yeah, is a pretty solid sign that her website is doing its job.

She’s also heard from almost everyone who visits her site about just how damn good the branding, design, and copy look together.
